About Me
I am the owner of Akasha Blue. My interest in Holistic Medicine and spiritually began when I was a young child. I discovered meditation and yoga as a teenager in 1989 and LOVED IT. Meditation and Yogic Breathing helped me deal with life's setbacks and strengthening my intuition into becoming my superpower. At 20yrs of age my best friend suddenly passed away in tragic circumstances and I sank into a deep period of grieving. A friend introduced me to the Human Design philosophy one day and it helped me work through the grief . 25 years later, I use Human Design, Reiki and Akashic Record Sessions to help my clients to understand their motivations in decision-making and behaviour patterns.
I completed my Holistic Coaching qualifications, Heart Math Meditation Facilitator Certificate and began my business in 2019 to help people heal past traumas and plan out their best lives in the present. I have personally witnessed how all people can escalate their positive mindset and productivity from using these cost-effective Holistic Therapies.
